Leonard T. Anicola, SR. 85, of Kutztown, formerly of El Segunda, CA and Las Vegas, NV, died Fri. Oct. 18, 2013 in the Kutztown Manor. He was the husband of Betty Mae (Hartman) Anicola. They were married 36 years in Sept. 2013. He was born in Bethlehem, a son of the late Anthony and Antoinette ( Francone) Anicola. He worked in the Park Maintenance Dept. of the city of ElSegunda, CA, for 12 years retiring in 1990. He was a veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Navy. Survivors besides his wife includes a son Leonard T. Anicola, Jr.of Bethlehem; a daughter Rosemarie wife of Michael Davis, Rockford, ILL; a stepdaughter, Patricia E. Williams, Northampton; stepsons David W. ( Joanne) Price and Dennis P. ( Debra) Reppert, all of Kutztown; a sister, Mae Davoli, of Bethlehem; 8 grandchildren ; 8 great-grandchildren and a mother-in-law Ellen F. Reppert of Kutztown. His Funeral service will be held on Tues. Oct. 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, (Rt. 143), New Tripoli, Pa.18066, with a calling hour beginning at 9:00 AM. Rev. Scott L. Shay officiating. Interment in Jacobs Union Cemetery, New Tripoli, Pa.
