Virginia M. "Ginny" (Zimmerman) Henry

Virginia M. “Ginny” (Zimmerman) Henry, 95, of Topton, PA, formerly of Krumsville, PA, passed away on September 18, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospice Inpatient Unit in Allentown, PA. She was the widow of Russell W. “Knut” Henry, who passed away in 2016.

Born in Kutztown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Herma (Hill) Zimmerman. Ginny was a custodial supervisor at Kutztown State College for many years until her retirement. She was a member of Jacob’s Church in New Tripoli, PA.

Ginny is survived by her son, Jesse P. (Karla) Sterner of New London, WI; daughters, Jill H. wife of Bruce Hayden of Mechanicsville, MD, Julia R. wife of Gallo Priori of Emmaus, PA, and Jennifer V. wife of Joseph Juntunen of Fleetwood, PA; twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Jane E. Christman; and great-grandson, Leon Kroener. Ginny was the last of her beloved siblings.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11 AM at Jacob’s Church, 8373 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA 18066. A calling hour will begin at 10 AM. Interment following funeral service in adjoining cemetery. Rev. Scott L. Shay will officiate.
