Timothy E. Reichard, 52, of Neffs, Pa. formerly of Germansville, died Friday, May 17, 2013 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest,shortly after the motorcycle he and his female companion were riding was hit by a sport utility vehicle in Washington Township, Pa. He was born in Allentown, a son of Robert E. Reichard of Grand Blanc, Michigan and the late Pauletta J. ( Utt) Reichard. He was the owner and operator of the Reichard Trucking Co. of Germansville , since 2009. Prior to that he was employed by the former Lamar Haas Trucking Co. of Slatedale , Pa. He attended Northwestern High School. Survivors besides his father includes a step mother, Cindy Reichard; a twin brother, Todd E. Reichard and his wife Michele of Germansville; his live in companion Judy L. Olewine and her daughter Ashley; a step sister, Kerri Rutherford of Michigan; a step brother Rick Pyron of Allentown; half sisters, Lisa Hosford of Breinigsville and Connie Williams of Kutztown; a nephew Jarret Reichard and several uncles and aunts. In adition to his mother he was also predeceased by a sister Tane L. Reichard and his grandparents, Clyde and Margaret Utt, who raised him. His Memorial Service will be held at a later date, (to be announced), in the Nester Funeral Home- 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa. Rev. Scott L. Shay will officiate. Interment will be in the Jacobs Union Cemetery , New Tripoli, Pa. In lieu of flowers the family requests contribution in his memory may be made to your favorite charity.
