Ronald J. "Ronnie" Laub

Ronald J. “Ronnie” Laub, 88, of Schnecksville, PA passed away at home on June 7, 2022. He was born in New Tripoli, a son of the late Mark Laub and the late Connie (Moser) Gilbert. Ronnie was a veteran, having served in the US Navy from 1951-1954. He was a 1951 graduate of Allen High School and later went on to work as a drill rig operator for Odenheimer Well Drilling Company in Orefield, PA, until retiring in 1995. He was active in the North Parkland Athletic Association for approximately twenty years. Ronnie was an avid NY Yankees fan and he also greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his son, Randall J. (Betsy) Laub, with whom he last resided; brothers, James (Mary) Laub of Kutztown and Lawrence (Diane) Laub of Lenhartsville; granddaughter, Victoria (Christopher) Brogan. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA 18066, with a calling hour at 10:00 AM. Rev. Dr. Robert C. Santucci will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Lynnport Fire Co, sent directly to PO Box 14 New Tripoli, PA 18066.
