Robert M. Trexler, 89, of Kempton, PA, passed away at home on September 4, 2024, with his loving wife by his side. Born in Weisenberg Township, PA, he was the son of the late Clinton and Althea (Leiby) Trexler. He was the husband of Elaine M. (Kutz) Trexler, having celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary in May 2024.
Robert was a lifelong self-employed farmer. After retirement, he handcrafted wooden furniture for many years. Robert was a member of New Jerusalem Zion UCC Church in Lenhartsville, PA. He was also a member of the PA Farm Bureau in Allentown, PA.
In addition to his devoted wife, Elaine, he is survived by his sister-in-law, Sandy (Michael) Horvath of Kutztown, PA; and brother-in-law, Richard (Barbara) Kutz of Fleetwood, PA. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, John Kutz, Jr. A private funeral service was held at the convenience of the family. The private interment occurred in Jacob’s Union Cemetery, New Tripoli, PA.
