Patricia A. Hoffman

Patricia A. Hoffman, 88, of New Tripoli, PA, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Cornerstone Living in New Tripoli. She was the widow of James L. Hoffman, Sr., who passed away in 2013. She was born in Allentown, PA, and raised by her grandparents, Elsie and Walter Schwenk. 

Pat was a 1954 graduate of Allen High School. She continued her education at Kutztown State College, earning a degree in elementary education. Pat last worked as a substitute teacher for the Northwestern Lehigh School District. Pat especially loved her dogs. She enjoyed gardening, painting, caring for her many bonsais, knitting, reading, crossword puzzles and going to her children and grandchildren’s sporting events. She traveled extensively in the US and abroad with family.

Survivors include her son, James L. Hoffman, Jr., and his wife Pamela of New Tripoli; daughter, Patricia L. Hoffman of Chandler, AZ; grandson, James L. Hoffman, III, and his wife Natasha of New Tripoli; granddaughter, Tara L. Hoffman, and her fiancé Joseph Pisciotta of New Tripoli; great-grandchildren, Rhonin, Arija, James IV, and Anya.
