Miriam B. (Kunkel) Reichel

Miriam B. Reichel , 94, of Kutztown, PA, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 in the St. Josephs Medical Center, Reading, Pa.  She was predeceased by her husband Clifford W. Reichel in 2001.  She was born in Albany Township, Berks County, a daughter of the late Warren C and Beulah G. (Rausch) Kunkel. She was a machine operator at the former Kutztown Sportswear Co. from 1963 to 1985. She was also employed as a bartender for the Kutztown Rod and Gun Club from 1968 to 1989. She was last employed as a machine operator for the former T and H Fashions, Kutztown from 1986 to retiring in 1990.   Miriam was affiliated with Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run, Pa.  She is survived by two sons, James C. Reichel, at home and Warren A.( Patricia ) Reichel of Kutztown; two daughters, Linda M. Reichel of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Donna  L wife of Herbert Schumaker, Fleetwood, PA; four grandchildren, two step grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.  She was the last of her siblings, being predeceased by George, Howard, Clarence, Ivan, Herman, Clayton, Ellis Kunkel and Arlene Kistler  Her Funeral Service will be  held at the convenience of the family in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa. 18066 with interment in Friedens Lutheran Cemetery, Stony Run, Pa.
