Michael J. Hourigan

Michael J. Hourigan, 70, of Quakertown, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on September 12, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the beloved son of the late John J. and Camille (Binkowski) Hourigan.

Michael was a 1975 graduate of Neshaminy High School in Bucks County. He worked as a salesman for Ipsen, Inc. in Bucks County, PA. Michael enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially fishing, golfing, and listening to music. He had a particular appreciation for jazz and was also a devoted fan of the Grateful Dead.

He is survived by his sister, Patricia M. (Kevin H.) McGonigle of New Tripoli, PA; his brother, Thomas C. (Patricia J.) Hourigan of Newtown, PA; and three nephews, John A. Hourigan, Christopher J. McGonigle, and Keith J. McGonigle. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, Jack Hourigan.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
