Librado Sergio Rotille, 71, of Kutztown, PA, passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2025. Born in Havana, Cuba, he was the son of the late Felipe Rotille-Galan and Marina (Hernandez) Rotille.
Librado was self-employed as a general contractor for many years until his retirement. Prior to that, he worked as a foreman and supervisor in various nursing homes throughout New Jersey and served as a superintendent of several apartment complexes in New York City.
An excellent cook and baker, Librado specialized in Cuban cuisine and took great pride in sharing his food with family and friends. He was an avid gardener and deeply enjoyed raising farm animals. Librado also enjoyed the outdoors, mainly hunting and fishing, but most of all, he loved being a grandfather and enjoyed spending his free time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Marina S. Rotille (Kyle Bailey) of Kutztown; his cherished grandchildren, Scarlett and Oliver; his sister, Eulalia Rotille-Hernandez (Francisco Barrera) of Cuba; his former partner, Connie Cramer, as well as several nieces and nephews; Carmen, Mizael, Carlos, Damicela , Dayanys, Leyanis, Samuel, and Alien; and many friends. In addition to his parents, Librado was predeceased by his siblings; Mirta Rotille, Aleida Rotille, Eduardo Rotille.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
