Lennia C. (Kunkel) Kutz

Lennia C. Kutz, 92, of Allentown, Pa, formerly of Albany Township, Pa. passed away in the Lehigh Valley Hospital on Tuesday Morning, August 17 in the presence of her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Paul J. Kutz in 1962.  She was born in Stines Corner, Pa., a daughter of the late M. Nathan and Ethel R. (Wiesner) Kunkel. Lennia was the former owner and manager of the former M.N. Kunkel Mill in Kempton until 1980. She  was a 1947 graduate of Kutztown High School and later went on to earn a Bachelor of  Science Degree  in Business Management from Ryder College.  She was also a Past President ( 1964- 1965) of the  Lehigh Valley Womens Medical Auxiliary.  She was also a 50 year member of East Penn # 366 Order of Eastern Star, Kutztown, Pa.  Lennia is survived by a daughter, Marcella N., wife of Scott A. Eby, Sr. of Germansville; two grandsons Scott A. Eby Jr. and his fiancée Lacey Wible and Maurice Nathan Eby and nieces Shirley Kutz, Nancy Scholl and Paula Haldeman. She was predeceased by her son M. Nathan Kutz and a grandson William.  There will be a private graveside service on Friedens Lutheran Church Cemetery, Stony Run, Pa. with Pastor Althea Albright officiating.  The Robert S.
