Kenneth J. Hugo, Sr., 69, of Quakertown, PA passed away on November 19, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital Upper Bucks Campus, Quakertown, PA. Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of Dorothy M. (Ohl) and the late Forrest Hugo. He was a 1971 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School. Kenneth served his country in the United States Navy Seabees. He then went on to work as an excavator for R & J Paving, and last worked for JMC Excavating, both in New Tripoli, PA. He was a member of New Bethel Church in Kempton, PA. In addition to his loving mother, survivors include his son, Kenneth J. (Lauren) Hugo, Jr. of Shoemakersville, PA; sister, Diane Kayser of Longwood, NJ; grandchildren, Brady, Layla, and Lily Hugo. There will be a graveside funeral service held on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM on St. John’s Union Cemetery, 2978 MacArthur Road Whitehall, PA 18052. Rev. Robert Ziemer will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be sent directly to New Bethel Church at 135 New Bethel Church Road Kempton, PA 19529.
