Kelly Sue Kramer, 46, formerly of New Ringgold and Fleetwood, Pa. passed away in her residence in Tampa, FL on February 3, 2015. She was born in Reading, Pa. a daughter of Gary M. Kramer of Hamburg, Pa. and Carol A.( Nester) Osenbach, wife of Herman C. Osenbach, Jr.of Tamaqua, Pa. Kelly was last employed as a credit account manager for the Citi Group Bank of Atlanta, Georgia.
She was a 1987 Graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She attended Shippensburg University for one year, and later graduated from Kutztown University and then went on to attain dual post graduate degrees in both Human Resources and Finance from Drexel University.
In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her brother Erik C. Osenbach of New Ringgold, Pa., and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Kelly was a beautiful, caring person who will be greatly missed.
Her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 8:00 PM. in Jacobs Church, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa.18066, with Rev. Scott L. Shay officiating. A calling hour will preceed the service beginning at 7:00 PM. A private interment will follow in Jacobs Union Cemetery.
