Kay Y. (Hanley) Moore, 83, of Kempton, PA passed away at the St. Luke’s Hospice Inpatient Unit in Bethlehem, PA on December 18, 2024. Born in Lock Haven, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Betty J. (Stanley) Hanley. Kay worked as a housekeeper for the Jersey Shore Hospital in Jersey Shore, PA for many years until retirement.
Kay is survived by her daughters, Mary E. Kamp of Kempton, PA, with whom she last resided, and Holly W. Gricoski of Ash, NC; son, Charles W. Moore of Shelby, MT; grandchildren, David Z. Gricoski and Rachel Gricoski; great-granddaughter, Ripley R. Metz; brother, William (Daleann) Hanley of Avis, PA. She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Hanley and an infant son, Tommie Moore.
There will be a private graveside memorial service held at the convenience of the family on the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Blanchard, PA.
