Joseph D. Feinour

Joseph D. Feinour, 90, of New Tripoli, PA passed away at home on February 5, 2023. He was born in Lynn Township, PA, a son of the late Victor and Katie (Kramer) Feinour. Joe was employed as an operating engineer, having last worked for the Bechtel Co. in Northampton, until retiring in 1995. He was a member of Jacob’s Church in New Tripoli, and a member of both the Kempton and New Tripoli Fire Companies, the Kempton Gun Club, and Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club in New Tripoli.  He was also a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local # 542.

Survivors include his longtime companion, Marion M. Hermany of New Tripoli; son, Darryl J. (Cindy) Feinour of New Tripoli; daughter, Beverly A. (Brian) Lloyd of Dublin, GA; grandchildren, Rick Hamm, Michael Lloyd, and Kayla Feinour; greatgrandchildren, Jacob, William, and Julianna Hamm; sister, Malinda Beckley, Hamburg, PA. Joe was predeceased by siblings Russell, Willard, Robert, Lawson, Oliver, Carson, and Ira Feinour, Lorraine Niblick, and Leonore Heckman.

Joe’s funeral service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA 18066, with a calling hour to begin at 9:30 AM. Interment following service in Jacob’s Union Cemetery, New Tripoli. Rev. James LeVan will officiate.
