Jason H. Wengert, 45, of Hamburg, PA, formerly of Lenhartsville, passed away on March 14, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Orwigsburg.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Jeffrey H. Wengert of Fleetwood and Diane J. (Reinhart) Ritzman of Kempton. Jason was a 1999 graduate of Kutztown Area High School and worked as a diesel mechanic for Estes Trucking in Kutztown.
Jason had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. Above all, he cherished his role as a father and found his greatest joy in spending time with his daughter, Kaia.
In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by his daughter, Kaia A. Truit of Krumsville; brothers, Steven M. Wengert of Kempton and Chad A. Wengert and his wife Morgan of Australia; half-sister, Brooke Wengert of Oley; stepmother, Dawn Wengert; stepfather, Darid Ritzman; nieces, Lilly, Blake, and Sloan Wengert and Kayla Peters; and nephew, Logan Wengert.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
