Jason M. Allender

Jason M. Allender, 47, of New Tripoli, PA. passed away at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. on September 19, 2020. Born in Allentown, PA., he was a son of Jeffrey M. Allender, Sr. and the late Maryann (Burkhart) Allender. Jason worked as a diesel mechanic for various trucking companies over the past several years. He loved music, playing his guitar, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family and many friends. Jason was of the Protestant Faith. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Debra Allender of Weatherly, PA.; half-brother, Jeffrey M. Allender, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC.; uncle, Harold E. Burkhart of New Tripoli; aunt, Catherine (Steven) Heckman of New Tripoli; cousins, Jennifer (William) Stofflet and Olivia Stofflet all of Kempton, Felicia Heckman of New Tripoli, Amanda (Scott) Neith and children of Port Clinton, PA.; and his beloved pitbull, Anja. He was predeceased by his mother, Maryann (Burkhart) Allender, and maternal grandparents, Harold E. and Margaret (Wert) Burkhart, Sr. The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:00 PM on October 1, 2020 at the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA. Due to the current health concerns, there will be a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations to help off-set Jason’s final expenses can be sent to the funeral home address above.
