Eugene O. Muth

Eugene O. Muth, Jr., 82, of Lenhartsville, PA. passed away at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. on July 31, 2021 shortly after 9 p.m..  He was the loving husband of Andri S. Muth having celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary in January of 2021.  Born in Philadelphia, PA., he was the son of the late Eugene O. and Herberta (Johnson) Muth, Sr.  Gene was a self-employed florist, silk-flower specialist and landscaper for many years, until retiring in 2015. He was a member of The General Church of the New Jerusalem, Kempton, PA. In addition to his devoted wife, Andri, survivors include his son, Eugene O. “Tripp” Muth, III of Kempton, PA.; daughter, Lara L. Muth of London, UK; grandson, Hayden Z. Muth of Kempton, PA.; brother, Michael F. (&Lucy) Muth of Kempton, PA.  Gene was predeceased by his older brother, Herbert C. Muth. A memorial service for Eugene O. Muth Jr. will be held on Saturday August28 at the Kempton New Church 583 Hawk Mountain Road, Kempton, PA  19529. Special music begins at 2 pm, Service at 2:30 pm with Rev. Brett Buick officiating.
Followed by a wine and cheese reception– guests welcome to bring nibbles or flowers from their garden..  All are welcome to attend or watch the livestream at
