Elizabeth B. (Hillis) Miller

Elizabeth B. (Hillis) Miller, 90, of Elverson, PA., formerly of New Ringgold, PA., passed away peacefully in her home on November 26, 2020. She was the loving wife of Peter Miller, with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage in June 2020. Elizabeth was born in Clydebank, Scotland. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Green) Hillis. Elizabeth’s greatest joy in life was taking care of her family. She took great pride in raising her twelve children. In addition to her husband, survivors include her children, Karen Stobaugh, Robert D. Miller, Janet Trevino, Stephen Miller, Paul Miller, Jennifer Charles, Ruth Nice, David Miller, Sam Miller, Bianca Miller, Deana Gower, and Robert J. Miller; twenty two grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Lavina Skoglund and Margaret Conlon. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family on Jacob’s Union Cemetery, New Tripoli, PA. Pastor James Stobaugh will officiate.
