Dennis R. Garber

Dennis R. Garber, 72, of Fayette, AL, formerly of Center Valley, PA, passed away at DCH Regional Medical Center in Fayette, AL on April 15, 2022. He was the loving husband of Janice D. (Hamm) Garber. Born in Allentown, PA, he was a son of the late Ralph and Gladys (Young) Garber. Dennis was a 1967 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School in Center Valley, PA and a 1971 graduate of Kutztown State College in Kutztown, PA. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the US Airforce. Dennis was employed as a production manager for the Dal-Tile Co. in Fayette, AL. He attended Bethlehem Methodist Church in Fayette, AL. In addition to his wife, survivors include his daughters, Kristin (Jason) Woodruff and Stephanie Garber, both of Fayette, AL.; grandson, Jason Craig Woodruff. He was predeceased by a son, Craig Garber and his brother, David Garber. His funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA 18066, with a calling hour to begin at 10:00 AM. Interment in New Bethel Cemetery, Kempton, PA. Pastor Darryl Hamm will officiate.
