Debra S. Buckwalter

Debra S. Buckwalter, 59, of Kempton passed away peacefully at home on August 30, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Born in Ephrata, PA, she was the daughter of Mary (Wenger) Buckwalter and the late Terry D. Buckwalter.

Debbie graduated from the Berks Intermediate Unit in Boyertown, PA. She worked for the Professional Pharmacy in Pottstown, PA, and the former Bauses Pharmacy in Boyertown, PA. Debbie volunteered at the Boyertown Area Multi-Service helping with the Meals on Wheels program. She greatly enjoyed participating in the various socialization recreation programs offered by Helping Hands in Bechtelsville, PA.

 In addition to her loving mom, Mary, Debbie is survived by her brothers, Terry D. Buckwalter and John H. Buckwalter, both of Gilbertsville, PA; nephews, Sean and Tyler Buckwalter; niece, Katie Calibrigo; her beloved Grandpop, Bill Plasha; many friends and extended family.

Debra’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 11 AM in the Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA. The calling hour will begin at 10 AM. Pastor Larry French will officiate.
