Deborah A. (Lenhart) Scott

Deborah Ann (Lenhart) Scott, 68, of Bartlesville, OK, passed away at The Journey Home in Bartlesville on February 23, 2025. Born in Coaldale, PA, she was the daughter of Shirley G. (Hartung) Snyder and the late Charles E. Lenhart, Jr.

Deborah was a veteran, having served her country in the US Army. She was named staff member of the year and employee of the year while working as an administrative assistant for the college of engineering at the University of Memphis. Deborah was an avid painter, loved creating jewelry from her artwork and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons, David Scott, Jeremy Scott, and William Scott; daughter, Janine West; grandchildren, MaKenzie, Elowen, Thomas, and William; brother, Charles E. Lenhart, III and Donald J. Snyder, Jr.; sister, Charlene Silva; stepsiblings, Michele Hazzard-Fehlinger, Michael Lenhart, Scott Lenhart, Shane Lenhart, and Ryan Lenhart. Deb was predeceased by her brother, David Lenhart.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11 AM in the Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA, with a calling period from 10:30-11 AM. Rev. Scott L. Shay will officiate. There will be a private burial in Jacob’s Union Cemetery in New Tripoli.
