Dawn N. Miller

Dawn N. Miller 76, formerly of  Trexlertown, passed away on September 3, 2021 in Gainesville, FL. She was born in Allentown, a daughter of the late Harry and Erna (Oswald) Miller. Dawn earned her B.A. Degree at LaSalle College, Phila., Pa and her M.A. at Ryder College in Lawrenceville, NJ. She then went on to earn her Dr. of Veterinary Medicine Degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Dawn specialized in wildlife care and later established the Eye of the Eagle Wildlife Sanctuary in Newberry, Fl. She is survived by her two daughters: Tami Smith Belasco, Tampa Bay, FL and Danielle Belasco, Gainesville, FL and four grandsons; an Aunt, Anna Lou ( Bear) Oswald of New Tripoli and four cousins.   Her graveside service will be held on Sat. Nov. 6, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. on the Jacobs Union Cemetery, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, PA. 18066.  Arrangements by the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home- New Tripoli, Pa.
