Barbara G. (Balmoos) Staub, 62, of Germansville, PA passed away on November 29, 2021, at home, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Daniel D. Staub, with whom she celebrated 23 years of marriage on October 10, 2021. Born in Stroudsburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Henry Balmoos and Thelma (Price) Balmoos of Stroudsburg. She was a 1977 graduate of Stroudsburg High School and later went on to earn her BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Barbara was an artist and co-owner of Lehigh Valley Signs in Germansville. She was a member of the Heidelberg Game Association. In addition to her mother and husband, survivors include her three daughters, Jessica L. (DJ) Long of Germansville, Danielle M. (David) Wolfe of Boiling Springs, S.C., Jennifer L. (John) Bailey of Germansville; son, Justin R. (Shelby) Hamersly of Fleetwood; seven grandchildren, Kaylee, Makenna, Ella, Ally, Rylan, Alyvia, and Ryker; sisters, Linda (Tom Jenkins) Balmoos, and Cheryl (Rich) Whitby, both of East Stroudsburg; twin sister, Brenda Balmoos of Woodale, PA; several nieces; and her most beloved cat, Puffers. There will be a celebration of her life held on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 12:00-5:00 PM in the Goodwill Fire Co. of Germansville, 6011 Memorial Road Germansville, PA 18053. Friends and family are invited to come anytime between 12:00-5:00 PM to enjoy refreshments and share memories of Barbara. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be sent to the Krysta Hankee Memorial Fund at P.O.
