Arlene M. Dietrich, 87, of Slatington, formerly of New Tripoli, Pa. passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 in the Phoebe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Allentown. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Nevin G. Dietrich on June 6. 2021. She was born in Slatington, a daughter of the late: Thomas and Stella (Kressley) Williams. She was employed as a clerk for the former Holbens Store, New Tripoli and later as a saleslady for the former Hess Brothers Store in Allentown. Arlene was a 1952 Graduate of Slatington High School. Survivors includes two sons, Donald T. ( Lori) Dietrich of Slatington, with whom she resided and Roger N. Dietrich, Kempton; a sister June Oswald, Schnecksville; two brothers William (Eleanor) Williams and Richard (Joyce) Williams, both of New Tripoli; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Robert E. Dietrich, Sr. and siblings Ralph, James, Walter and Paul Williams, Dorothy Sterner and Mary Semmel. Her Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM on the New Jerusalem Cemetery, 15 Red Church Road, Kempton, PA 19529, with Robert Billig, Jr. officiating.
