I don't know whether or not you will remember me. When I was student teaching at Shoemakersville Elem. in Lee Heffner 's 4th grade class in the fall of 1974, we carpooled together to school each morning. I retired from teaching 5 years ago after teaching for 31 years.

I was so sorry to learn of your mother's passing.. When my father died, someone was said to me" We never lose the ones we love, for in our hearts their memory lingers on." Over the years, this has proved to be so true. May you find comfort in the memories you have of your mother and the special times you shared together. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayer during this very difficult time.
