Ruth C. (Clauss) Lenhart

Ruth C. Lenhart, 84, passed away in her residence in Germansville on Monday morning  July 4, 2016.  She was the wife of the late Lawrence M. Lenhart who died in 2004.  She was born in Heidelberg Township, Lehigh County a daughter of the late James and Carrie ( Werley) Clauss.  Ruth was a graduate of the former North Whitehall High School, Orefield, Pa..  She was a Lutheran member of the former Ebenezer Union Church  now known as Ebenezer U.C.C. Church, New Tripoli, Pa.

Survivors includes a daughter Suzanne R. wife of Wayne Fehr, Etowah, NC.; four granchildren and two great- grandaughters.  She was also predeceased by a son, Robert L. Lenhart in 2005 and three siblings, Ellen Blose, Pearl Christman and Alice Roberts.

Ruth’s wishes were to have a private graveside funeral service and interment on the Ebenezer Union Cemetery, New Tripoli, Pa. with Rev. Kevin E. Fruchtl officiating.
