Pauline E. (Lutz) Henry

Pauline E. (Lutz) Henry, 102, passed away Saturday April 14, 2018 in the Laurel Living Center, Hamburg, PA. She was the wife of the late George E. Henry.  She was born in Albany Township, PA, a daughter to the late Alvin and Ida (Snyder) Lutz.  Pauline was employed briefly as a cleaning lady for the Tom Schaeffer R.V. Business, Shoemakersville, PA in the late 1970’s-early 1980’s, but her true passion was taking care of her family and home.  She loved to garden, embroider, and to bake for her family.  Pauline was a member of New Bethel Church, Kempton, PA.  Survivors include two sons, Willis R. (Elaine) Henry of Kempton and Ernest A. (Janice) Henry of Hamburg; a daughter, Julia P. wife of Randy Derstine of Kempton; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by four siblings, Garson, Clifford, Cleon Lutz and Myrtle Berk. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM. in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home 8405 Kings Highway New Tripoli, PA 18066, with a calling hour to begin at 10:00 AM. Interment in Jacobs Union Cemetery, New Tripoli, PA. immediately following the service. Rev. Kevin E. Fruchtl will officiate. Memorial contributions in her name can be made to New Bethel Church Memorial Fund, 135 New Bethel Church Road, Kempton, Pa. 19529.
