Kathleen A. (Feinour) Rumfield

Kathleen A. Rumfield, 92, formerly of Schnecksville, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loved ones, on Friday, February 10, 2017 in the Above and Beyond Personal Care Facility, Allentown, Pa.  She was preceeded in death by her husband Elwood L. Rumfield in December of 2015, to whom she was married to for 75 years. She was born in Danielsville, a daughter of the late George and Mattie (Hemerly) Feinour.  Although she worked part time, outside her home, her top priority was always with her family. She was a member of Jacobs Church, New Tripoli, where she was a former adult Sunday school teacher. Kathleen enjoyed her flowers, gardening, quilting and crocheting and a love of traveling with her husband.  She is survived by two Daughters, Rosalie M. wife of Thomas L. Bollinger of Walnutport and Jeannine K. Tease and her companion Gary Seymour, Jr., of Emmaus, Pa.; three Grandchildren; five Great-grandchildren and two Great-great-granddaughters. She was predeceased by her siblings, Evelyn DeLong, Norma Neff, Alton, Victor, Daniel and Ronald Feinour.  Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00AM in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa.18066, with a calling hour beginning at 10:00 AM.  Rev. Scott L. Shay will officiate. Interment will follow in Jacobs Union Cemetery, New Tripoli.  Memorial contributions in her memory may be sent to Jacobs Church Memorial Fund, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa. 18066 and/or to Aseracare Hospice, 5920 Hamilton Blvd., Suite 103, Allentown, Pa.18106.
