Joshua R. Leibensperger,25, of Schuylkill Haven, Pa., passed away on May 2, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Reading a son of Barry J. Leibensperger of Schuylkill Haven, Pa., with whom he resided and Denise R. (Christman) Leibensperger of Kempton. He was employed by McDonalds Restaurant in Schuylkill Haven. He was a 2009 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School, where he participated in baseball, wrestling and football. He was also a member of the National Honor Society.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a son, Noah Anthony Leibensperger; sister, Kaitlin S. Leibensperger, Reading; brothers Cory M. Leibensperger, and Craig J. Leibensperger and his significant other, Tara Brown of Schuylkill Haven and Jared P. Leibensperger and his wife Amanda of Cressona; grandparents, Marion “Mike” and Wendy Christman of Little River, SC; Paul and Geraldine Leibensperger, Kempton, Pa. and Pearl Leibensperger of Fleetwood; also nephews, Austin, Chase, Cole and Collin Leibensperger; and uncles, aunts and cousins.
His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pa. 18066, with a calling hour beginning at 10:00 AM. Rev. David W. Blitch will officiate. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions in his memory be made to the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, sent to the above address, to help offset Joshua’s final expenses.
